We are Jacqueline and Cengiz, parents of two young children. Whether drawing, handicrafts, building, whether with or without kids: In our free time we like to be creative and develop products for family and friends. For example our new picture frame JAMU, the perfect solution for all the works of art that our children make almost every day.

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts that are made here on jamu-products.ch,
completed via email/messaging apps or phone.

The contract is only concluded after receipt of the order confirmation.

All prices are in CHF and include VAT.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs apply to each order. With a goods value of CHF 150.00 or more, shipping within Switzerland/Liechtenstein is free. Shipping to the EU or worldwide only after consultation. Please contact us via email or the contact form.

SECURITY NOTICE:
The JAMU frames weigh between 1 and 3 kg. Because JAMU is wall hung, we recommend that the frames be filled and rotated on the wall, not by young children, or only under adult supervision.
We accept no liability for improper use.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES / DEFECTS
Wood is a natural product and may differ from the image in the shop due to its characteristics. Additionally, wood can have various color shades. Irregularities and unevenness in the natural wood product are accepted when placing an order and cannot be contested. Moreover, wood may react to intense sunlight and temperature fluctuations. Changes of this kind cannot be contested.

The buyer must inspect the delivered goods as soon as possible. Any defects must be reported by the buyer within 30 days of the purchase date. For hidden defects, an extended period of 2 years applies if they are reported immediately upon discovery, and the existence of the defect at the time of purchase can be proven. The warranty does not constitute a material guarantee. (Any wear and tear that occurs over time is not covered under the warranty.)

We kindly ask you to contact us in advance if you wish to return or exchange a JAMU. Incurred shipping costs for returns will not be covered by JAMU. The purchase amount, minus the shipping costs, will be refunded.

Only undamaged products can be returned.
